Theresa will meet with you to evaluate your property and recommend the best staging solutions to enhance its appeal. Her expertise and attention to detail will transform the space to captivate buyers and maximize your chances of success in the competitive real estate market.
If you already have some furniture and accessories in your space, Theresa will work with what you have and fill in where necessary. She may suggest decluttering and repainting. Even these small changes are known to elicit a strong emotion from buyers and increase the seller’s listing price.
If you have an empty house, Theresa brings furniture and accessories to make the space look lived-in and inviting. In a recent survey, 83% of realtors believe furnishings make it easier for buyers to envision themselves living in a house vs. a cold and sterile empty space.

About Theresa
Theresa was born and raised in rural Eudora, nine miles east of Lawrence. She attended the University of Kansas in the early 1990s, then lived in Dallas, Texas and Boulder, Colorado before returning home in 2009. In 2018, she traded her long career in sales and property management for real estate and has never looked back. It’s a dream job for her, combining her passions for interior design and decorating with sales and outstanding client service. She recently purchased her own home in Eudora, built in the 1950s and in need of renovations and personal touches. Her keen eye and ability to see the potential in a property—visualizing it in its complete state—is a skill she brings to her real estate clients, as well as her staging clients who may be working with another agent and want to maximize their sales price. When not selling or staging homes, Theresa can be found cuddled on her couch with her three rescue dogs watching HGTV.
